Sound Beach Partners has asked us to design a contemporary home for a unique property in mid-country Greenwich. The property is private yet convenient and features pretty country views. The house has two main levels with a lower walk out level. All rooms have tall ceilings and at least two side of glass. The front entry is reached via a “bridge” that spans over a natural spillway. Clean and crisp details abound. Ready for 2020 finish.
